Returns, Cancellations, Refunds and Exchanges
The eDrum Workshop Ltd supplies digital downloads of products, content and services which are delivered immediately upon purchase. By placing an order you explicitly give consent to immediate delivery and access, acknowledging that you lose your right of withdrawal once the digital content is delivered and/or accessed. Explicit consent is obtained via a checkbox during the checkout process.
Exceptions
You are able to cancel an order before delivery. In most cases, digital orders are fulfilled within 2 minutes of purchase. Should the fulfilment of an order take longer, the cancellation window remains open until delivered.
In the event of a mistaken order, and where the product, content or service has not yet been accessed via the download links, you may request a refund or exchange. Your order and access of the download links may be reviewed as part of a refund or exchange decision.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Customers within the European Union have the right to cancel or return an order containing certain physical goods within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification.
Digital downloads of products, content or services that are delivered immediately are exempt from the 14 day cooling off period, as long as you expressly agree to lose your right of withdrawal before purchasing. During the checkout process, you will see a checkbox that must be checked in order to proceed with your purchase. By checking this box, you acknowledge that the product will be immediately delivered and accessible and that your right to withdraw has been waived.
In the event that explicit consent was not obtained, the 14 day cooling off period applies to your order.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and reviewed your request, we will let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 10 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at contact@theedrumworkshop.com.
Exchanges
Once we’ve received and reviewed your request, we will let you know if the exchange was approved or not. If approved, the product will be manually exchanged. Please remember it can take some time for this manual process to be carried out. Once the exchange is complete, the new product will delivered and you will be notified.
